"Why Scope?: Cheaper is Not Necessarily Better"
There are times when a potential project is neither simple nor small. Utilization of small fraction of potential billable time is advantageous because it allows the consultant to spend enough time to build a concise blue print and project plan. These steps can navigate unforeseen issues and minimize wasted time during the project. With this feedback, the client can then decide what to pursue and where to invest their time and resources.
Follow the reasoning in our Why Scope?: Cheaper is Not Necessarily Better" movie.
One element of your project scope would be a sales process flow chart (sample can be seen here). You will also be provided a project document which will be used during the course of the project to keep you informed of the status of your project. |
